We use FedEx or UPS as our shipping carrier.
Currently, we are not able to ship your orders with your company's personal
FedEx or UPS number.

We work with many different manufacturers to bring
you the best products available. If you do not find something on our website
please contact us and we will do our best to find what you need to make your
advertising a great success!
Client accepts full responsibility in providing
correct and accurate shipping addresses. When shipping to a show-site,
convention center, or venue, please be sure to include your booth number to
ensure delivery of your goods. When shipping to a hotel, please be sure
to include the name of the registered guest. When shipping for Saturday
delivery, please be sure your destination allows business delivery and is able
to accommodate the weekend request. Client accepts all responsibility
once items have shipped our facility.
All international shipments are subject to additional fees such
as duties, taxes and customs clearance fees. These fees are the
responsibility of the client. In the event that these fees are charged to
CoMotion Displays, these fees will be paid on behalf of the client and in turn
will be billed to the client. The credit card that was used to place the
order will be charged for these additional fees.
Orders placed after 12:00pm PST will be processed
by 12:00pm PST next Business day.
The Normal turnaround time is 7-10 business days,
but normally products are shipped within 5 business days starting from the day
we receive your approval for the Graphics.
The only sales that need to be collected is if your
company is in the same state as where our warehouse ships out of then we need
to collect tax.
It is mandatory for buyers to check all spelling
and position of graphic and text before approving the proof. It is buyer's
responsibility to check all errors from proof. Production starts after the
graphic approval. Reprint is available upon buyer’s request. Buyer will be
responsible for cost of reprint. CoMotionDisplays.com is NOT responsible for
unsatisfactory color results if a proof is NOT properly approved. Art
submissions with specific Pantone Color call outs will automatically be
converted to CMYK. If your job is color sensitive, please contact us for
information and pricing on color matching services. We do NOT guarantee graphic
specifications if templates are not used by your designer. CoMotionDisplays.com provides all the templates on our website to make your Graphic Design a little

CoMotionDisplays.com is a retail provider of
various manufacture's products. We guarantee the products sold by us, under a
series of warranties issued by the original manufacture of each product for
manufacturing defects. Under the warranty policies, products believed to be a
manufacturing defect will be repaired and/or replaced upon inspection of the
reported issue. The customer is responsible for shipping the product to the
original manufacturer or CoMotionDisplays.com for inspection. At the discretion
of CoMotionDisplays.com, if the reported issue is deemed a manufacturing
defect, the product will be repaired and/or replaced and returned to the
customer at no cost standard ground shipping. If the product is deemed not to
be a manufacturing defect, the customer will be notified, and the product may
be repaired and/or replaced at the customers cost. Shipping chargers will be
the customer's responsibility for any items needing expedited shipping. Issues
that are not covered under the warranties include but are not limited to:
- Mistreatment of the product
- Unauthorized alteration
- Failure to follow instruction sheets and labeling
- Improper use
- Damages occurred while in transit
- Natural disasters

Should you need to return a product due to order
Cancellation or for any other reason not covered by our warranty; we reserve
the right to carry out a 100% inspection of the product before accepting the
return. All Returns of this nature are susceptible to a 25% restocking fee.
Unwanted returns will not be accepted 14 days after the shipping date of the
original product. CoMotionDisplays.com will not accept the return of a used
product, a custom made product or any printed graphics.

or Defective Products
If your product arrives damaged due to
manufacturing defects we will fix or replace your product at no cost to you. If
your product is damaged or defective, please call 1.866.840.2926 and request a
return authorization number. Packages returned to our location or our
supplier's warehouses without an authorization number will be refused upon
delivery. If your product arrives damaged due to shipping company's
mishandling, your shipment is insured by that carrier and we will do our best
to expedite the claim and rectify the situation. While we will strive to help
our clients in any way possible, we do not necessarily accept any expedited
shipping charges incurred in shipping out replacement products or repairs.
Should you need to return a product due to order
cancellation or any reason other than a warranty matter, CoMotionDisplays.com
reserves the right to carry out a full inspection of the product before
accepting the return. All returns of this nature must be noted to a
CoMotionDisplays.com Representative within 72 hours after receipt of the
product and are subject to a 25% restocking fee/charge. CoMotionDisplays.com will
not accept the return of a used or custom made product or graphic. Product
should be returned in the manner in which it was received. Order Cancellations
must be confirmed and approved by an CoMotionDisplays.com Representative. The
cancellation of a production order for which CoMotionDisplays.com has produced
or ordered raw materials may result in CoMotionDisplays.com fully charging for
materials and labor, or imposing a minimum cancellation fee of up to 50% of the

is mistakenly listed at an incorrect price, CoMotionDisplays.com reserves the
right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for the product that lists the
incorrect price. CoMotionDisplays.com also reserves the right to refuse or
cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your
credit card charged. If you credit card has been charged for the purchase and
your order is cancelled, we shall issue a credit to your credit card account in
